Voluntary Return Policy
This shop sells exclusively to business customers. A statutory right of withdrawal therefore does not apply – it exists for consumers only. However, we voluntarily grant our business customers a 14-day return period from receipt of the goods.
Registering a Return
Please notify us before returning the goods by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to info@maproworld.com) stating your intended return.
Return Shipment
Please return the goods in their original condition to the return address responsible for your region. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Refund
After we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same means of payment.
