Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are quoted in the respectively selected currency. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated according to the delivery country and are shown at checkout. For international deliveries, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are to be borne by the customer. The shipping costs listed at the time of ordering apply.

Delivery & Retention of Title

Delivery Times

We generally ship in-stock items within 2–5 business days. If a product is not available, we will inform you promptly.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of MaproWorld LLC until full payment of all outstanding amounts has been received.

Warranty & Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. MaproWorld LLC is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The laws of the State of Delaware, USA, apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Delaware, USA. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
